disturbed

i have been experiencing lots of urges to cry my heart out lately
i don't know why, but i just want to.
i have tried a lot of things,
watch sad movies, listen to songs that can make me cry
but nothing works.
i don't know why, it might me the stress,
i just feel like crying.
but i just can't.
it is really disturbing
